In this session we analyze ways to acquire information necessary to provide successful customer solutions while we assist customers and prospective customers in thinking through the broader context of their needs. We will teach a consultative questioning process to determine customer and prospective customer logical and emotional needs. This proven approach will help you earn customer trust and give ample motivation to want to engage with us and buy-in to our ideas to help them solve problems and create opportunities. This is all about earning the right to become a Trusted Advisor.
