DESCRIPTION:In partnership with The Disability Network Flint\, this immersive experience will help set your organization on track to be a champion of diversity and inclusion. By covering everything from hiring practices to employee development\, these four sessions will prepare you to develop your company's culture to benefit employees at all levels. \n\n\n\nSession 1: The Freak Factor-Leverage Weaknesses as Strengths\n\nImprove your business's bottom line by leveraging the perceived weaknesses of your co-workers and colleagues. During this kick-off session\, we'll be joined by the creator of The Freak Factor himself\, Dave Rendall. Using powerful self-assessments from Dave Rendall\, author of The Freak Factor\, you can identify weaknesses and learn how to leverage them into strengths. With the right perspective and an uncommon approach\, you will find that what was once thought of as liability is actually an asset.\n\n\n\nGet to know Dave! \n\nDuring the last fifteen years\, David Rendall has spoken to audiences on every inhabited continent. His clients include the US Air Force\, Australian Government\, and Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft\, AT&T\, United Health Group\, Fannie Mae\, and State Farm Insurance.\n\n \n\nPrior to becoming a speaker\, he was a leadership professor and stand-up comedian. He also managed nonprofit enterprises that provided employment for people with disabilities. \n\n \n\nIn between presentations\, David competes in ultramarathons and Ironman triathlons.\n\n \n\nDavid has a doctor of management degree in organizational leadership\, as well as a graduate degree in psychology.
