Description
What if your customers had their needs written all over their face? While we hope this to be true, typically, it’s not that easy. DiSC® is a personal assessment tool used by more than one million people every year to help improve communication and teamwork by building self-awareness. Beyond its typical use, DiSC® also
provides us with a decoder to help individualize the customer experience. Join us to learn more about reading other people’s DiSC® profiles to better understand them and help you adjust your communication style to provide a customer experience like no other.
