Safety is essential to the long-term profitability and well-being of any organization, but many companies don't have the staff or funds to dedicate a full-time resource to it.  Safety training and compliance, including OHSA and or MIOSHA compliance, often falls on the shoulders of HR managers or support staff who wear many other hats in their companies already.  During the COVID-19 pandemic we have all had to quickly adapt to fluid changes regarding virtually all aspects of workplace safety.
