Uptown Reinvestment Corporation (URC), in collaboration with Downtown Flint retail shops and businesses, presents a holiday experience just like the old days!

This year's event will feature free pictures with Santa Claus AND the chance to meet his reindeer. Enjoy retail shopping, discounts and raffle giveaway, free horse and carriage rides, as well as games and activities for kids. URC will also announce the winner of the downtown window decorating contest and much more! Each retail shop downtown will also offer their own giveaways and events so be sure to watch for more details!
